The Grotto boasts 53 sites available for campers and tents. Electrical hookups (30 amp and 50 amp), firewood, showers, and a central water and sewer dump station are available.
Dates of Operation
The campground opens annually on April 15, weather permitting, and closes November 1, weather cooperating. Please contact the Shrine at 515-887-5591 with any questions or to check any weather related updates.
Rates
$20.00 per night for campers and $10.00 per night for tents. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arrival
Upon arrival, register at the Grotto Office/Gift Shop. If you arrive after hours, you may register after 9:00am the following morning. Call 515-887-2371 for reservations and prices.
