excited to honor Father Dobberstein and all the builders,
volunteers, and tour guides of the grotto.

Trumpeter Swan
and Geological Presentations at the Grotto
September 9, 2012
Geological Presentation
The end of every guided tour beginning with the 10am tour
and ending with the 3pm tour.
DNR Geologist Ray will be at the Grotto to present
information about the geological aspects of the Grotto at the
end of every guided tour. Learn more about our rocks and
minerals, where they came from, and how they came to be.
The presentation will be in the air-conditioned Rock Studio.
Each tour begins on the hour and will be an hour and a half in
length. For example, if you take the 10am tour, it will
end at 11:30am.

Museum, Restaurant and
Gift Shop will be open. All are welcome to participate

Join the Grotto in our Gift Shop as Santa Maria
Winery from Carroll, Iowa shares samples of their delectable
wines! While enjoying the wine samples, register to win a gift
certificate to the gift shop. |

Live Nativity
|
December 8,
2012 1pm
See a re-enactment of the Nativity story complete with
caroling at the Grotto of the Redemption. Cookies and
Hot Apple Cider will be available in the Gift Shop.
